This is not your normal Applewood. We produce top shelf restaurant grade cooking wood. If you're looking for a cheap bin of last seasons orchards trimmings, this is not it. We source applewood from orchards across Idaho and meticulously select, cut and split only the highest quality Apple trees. Applewood is a hardwood and one of the most popular choices for wood fired cooking enthusiasts. If you have a pizza oven, offset smoker, backyard grill or any other form of cooking with wood this is an excellent wood choice.
