This hardwood mix usually contains the following: applewood, locust, elm, ash, hornbeam, cherry, maple, apricot, walnut and a small amount of softwood. Other tree types may be present depending on the season.

Short answer, a dumped cord of wood will take up a parking stall. When properly stacked a cord of firewood will measure 8ft long x 4ft tall x 4ft wide or 128 cubic feet.
